Building Fund Campaign!!
MATCH THE MONEY
AND THE MUSEUM IS OURS!
In September 2006, the Museum of American Glass in
West Virginia realized a dream by signing a purchase agreement for
the building at 230 Main Avenue in Weston, WV, that we have now
turned into one of the finest and most exciting glass museums in
existence. We were fortunate to receive very good terms at a low
interest rate but looming over our heads is the knowledge
that come September 2011, a sizeable balloon payment will be due.
A very generous anonymous donor has come forward
with an offer that will allow us to retire this debt early
and own our museum mortgage-free in 2010.
If we can raise $45,000 between October 25, 2009, and April 25,
2010, every dollar raised will be matched by the anonymous donor!
How fortunate we are that people believe in our vision so strongly
and with such dedication!
With your help, this is something we can do!
